Our mission is to provide you with knowledge and safety to establish a creative fitness routine that you love, so fitness becomes your lifestyle!
Here at Uplift Bungee you will be welcomed with smiles and love to uplift your body and spirit! Whether your adding Uplift Bungee to your current routine or stepping into the fitness world for the first time, we want you to feel comfortable and safe in yourself during your fitness journey! We offer individual one-on-one sessions in and out of the bungee, so you are confident before entering a group class.
About
Bungee fitness was first developed in Thailand and has been in the United States since 2017. Uplift Bungee Fitness is low-impact, high energy, and fun workout! Participants are fitted with a harness and attached to a bungee support system customized to their height and weight. Benefits of being attached to a bungee cord is that it makes it low-impact and easy on the joints when incorporating plyometric movements like lunges, squats and jumping during a workout routine. Participants can expect to burn average of 350-750 calories a workout, all while having fun!

Hi, my name is Janette. Welcome to Uplift Bungee Fitness! I live here in this small town of Rockton. Fitness is a huge part of my life and I strive to share the love, passion, and knowledge I have to my community.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
I have been in the fitness industry fo over 15 years. I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelors in Kinesiology. I am a National Strength and Conditioning Association- Certified Personal Trainer and Sling Bungee Certified. Other certifications include Group Exercise, JumpSport, and LiveStrong Cancer Certified . Through the years I have taught many group fitness classes from Lesmills Body Pump, CX, cancer programs, bootcamps, Aqua Arthritis, Stretching and more. At Uplift Bungee there will be countless ways we can help you develop a fitness routine!
Our Classes
Intro to Bungee
This basic intro class is the place to start! Level 1
Believe in the bungee!
- Learn basic techniques in the bungee and Uplift Bungee terminology.
- Exercises include; balance, squats, jumps, knee fly and more!
- Take this class as often as needed to get comfortable with these basic movements and terminology. (Most participants take this class two to three times before advancing to Bungee Blast.)
- This class will get your heart rate up, all while having fun! Get ready to laugh and UPLIFT your spirit!
Bungee Blast
Loving Bungee? Time to mix it up. Level 2
- Must complete Intro to Bungee first.
- Fun moves include Dive, Star Jump, Knee Tuck and much more.
- This class will build from the basic moves and add advanced moves and routines.
- We will teach repetitive steps and mix routines to get you in the flow and getting that heart rate up!
Bungee Bootcamp
Get stronger in and out of the bungee! Level 2 +
- This class is leveling up after completing Intro to Bungee. Must ask an instructor if you’re ready for class.
- This class is not necessarily a choreographed class, but you will be in and out of the bungee.
- Class may include light weights & resistance bands.
- You can expect to sweat, fly, burpees, and then workout strength exercises to help tone your body and strengthen your core!
Advanced Bungee Blast
Advancing in Uplift Bungee like a Pro! Level 3
- Our most advanced skilled bungee class!
- Participants must complete at least 6 Bungee Blast Classes to began Advanced Class to avoid frustration and injury.
- Learn advanced moves like scorpion, heel tap, lean, 180 burpee, dolphin, handstand push ups, and more!
- Get ready to fly high, sweat and smile!
Bounce (All levels)
Bounce into a fitness routine! This class uses mini trampolines, also known as rebounders!
- Low impact & high energy
- This class is a mix of cardio, strength and flexibility
- Great for lymphatic system stimulation
- All levels are welcome
- Be ready to smile and sweat all your stress away!
Bounce- Barre (All levels)
Improve your balance and strength all while lengthening!
- Enjoy the excitement of a Bounce & Barre class all in one!
- Total body workout with high-reps and low-impact movements on the trampoline
- Focusing on balance and strengthening for long, lean muscles.
Uplift Yoga
Uplift your spirit and take time to relax. Level 1+
- No experience needed.
- Learn basic yoga movements and yoga terminology.
- Practice deep breathing techniques to improve your mind and body.
- This class will improve help improve posture, flexibility and balance.
- Come ready to reduce stress and leave with a smile!
Bootcamp/HIIT (Non Bungee)
- No experience needed.
- Short burst of high intensity cardio along with weight training!
- Come ready to sweat and burn calories by using your body weight and some light resistance bands and weights.
- We will always end with core exercises and stretching!
upLIFT
Total body strengthening class!
- No experience needed, this class is not in the bungee
- Focus on strength exercises uses bodyweight, dumbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and more.
- Small group setting focusing on proper form and techinques.

Personal Training-
As a Certified Personal Training, I provide different training opportunities outside our group bungee classes!
What is Personal Training?
If you are new to fitness, need extra motivation, or would like a personal workout designed to fit your needs and goals, then Personal Training is for you. Lets talk! You can contact me directly to book a free consultation. We will meet in person or via phone, go over a health history questionnaire, so we can get to know each other and I can develop your workout plan! Then, we will schedule your first training session to start your fitness journey! You can expect a mixture of cardio and aerobic exercise, working on strength and endurance, balance, flexibility and range of motion exercises, all based on your goals!
Personal Training vs Bungee Training –
- Personal Training has NO weight requirements
- Bungee Personal Training- has requirements of a weight between 90-270 lbs. Bungee Personal Training is just working one on one with trainer, Janette, adding a Bungee to your personally designed workout!
