Intro to Bungee

This basic intro class is the place to start! Level 1

Believe in the bungee!

  • Learn basic techniques in the bungee and Uplift Bungee terminology.
  • Exercises include balance, squats, jumps, knee fly and more!
  • Take this class as often as needed to get comfortable with these basic movements and terminology. (Most participants take this class two to three times before advancing to Bungee Bootcamp.)

Bungee Bootcamp

Get stronger in and out of the bungee! Level 2

  • This class is leveling up after completing at least one Intro to Bungee class.
  • The class incorporates light weights and resistance bands to enhance strength training.
  • You can expect to sweat, fly, burpees, and then workout strength exercises to help tone your body and strengthen your core!

Bungee Blast

Loving Bungee? Time to mix it up. Level 2+

  • Must complete Intro to Bungee first.
  • Fun moves include Dive, Star Jump, Knee Tuck and much more.
  • This class will build from the basic moves and add advanced moves and routines.
  • We will teach repetitive steps and mix routines to get you in the flow and getting that heart rate up!

Advanced Bungee Blast

Advancing in Uplift Bungee like a Pro! Level 3

  • Participants are required to complete a minimum of six Bungee Blast Classes before beginning the Advanced Class to prevent frustration and injury.
  • Learn advanced moves like scorpion, heel tap, lean, 180 burpee, dolphin, handstand push ups, and more!
  • Get ready to fly high, sweat and smile!

Bounce (All levels)

Bounce into a fitness routine! This class uses mini trampolines, also known as rebounders!

  • Low impact & high energy
  • This class combines cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises.
  • Beneficial for stimulating the lymphatic system.
  • All levels are welcome
  • Be ready to smile and sweat all your stress away!

Bounce- Core & More (All levels)

Improve your balance and strength all while lengthening!

  • Total body workout with high-reps and low-impact movements on the trampoline
  • Focusing on balance and strengthening for long, lean muscles.

Pilates

Uplift your spirit and take time to relax. Level 1+

  • No experience needed.
  • Practice deep breathing techniques to improve your mind and body.
  • Concentrating on the deep core muscles is key to enhancing posture, flexibility, and balance.
  • Come ready to reduce stress and leave with a smile!

Bootcamp/HIIT (Non-Bungee)

  • No experience needed.
  • Short burst of high intensity cardio along with weight training!
  • Come ready to sweat and burn calories by using your body weight and some resistance bands and weights.
  • We will always end with core exercises and stretching!

upLIFT

Total body strengthening class!

  • No experience needed, this class is not in the bungee
  • Concentrating on strength training typically includes exercises utilizing bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, among other equipment.
  • A small group setting that emphasizes proper form and techniques.
