What is Personal Training?

We’ll meet in person or by phone to review a health history questionnaire, allowing us to become acquainted and enabling me to craft your workout plan. Next, we’ll arrange your initial training session to embark on your fitness journey. Anticipate a diverse regimen of cardio and aerobic exercises, strength and endurance training, along with balance, flexibility, and range of motion exercises, all aligned with your objectives!

Personal Training vs Bungee Training –

  • Personal Training has NO weight requirements
  • Bungee Personal Training- has requirements of a weight between 90-270 lbs. Bungee Personal Training is just working one on one with trainer, Janette, adding a Bungee to your personally designed workout!

Rates

  • FREE consultation for Personal Training ( 1:1 Sessions)
    • 1 hour sessions in or out of the bungee
      • 1 Session = $70
      • 5 Sessions = $375
      • 10 Sessions = $675
    • 1/2 hour sessions in or out of the bungee
      • 1 Session = $40
      • 5 Sessions = $175
      • 10 Session = $330
