All purchases are final. Do due to high cost of processing & credit card fees all purchases are final and non-refundable. We are happy to always reschedule your class if needed, but no refunds. Therefore, if you need to cancel, you will do so through the Uplift Bungee Fitness app. You must cancel 4 hours in advance to get your credit back.

If you purchased the 1-Month Unlimited Pass and need to
cancel class, you need to do so 4 hours prior to class start time; out
of courtesy to others who are on the wait-list. If you fail to cancel and
do not show up to class, you will be charged a $10.00 fee. NO
REFUNDS
PRIVATE PARTY – POLICY:
You will NOT be refunded. These can only be rescheduled through contacting, Janette, please email [email protected]. Please note there is a $25 rescheduling fee.
