Our mission is to equip you with the knowledge and ensure your safety as you create a fitness routine you adore, making fitness a natural part of your lifestyle!
Our certified group exercise instructors and personal trainers are ready to greet you with warm smiles and uplift your workout experience! We provide a variety of classes including bungee fitness, rebounding, bootcamp, strength training, Pilates, and more, allowing you to enjoy a diverse workout routine. Whether you’re incorporating bungee fitness or rebounding into your existing regimen or embarking on your fitness journey for the first time, we aim to ensure you feel comfortable and secure. We also offer personalized one-on-one training sessions, both with and without the bungee, to build your confidence before you join a group class.
About Bungee Fitness
Bungee fitness was first developed in Thailand and has been in the United States since 2017. Uplift Bungee Fitness is low-impact, high energy, and fun workout! Participants are fitted with a harness and attached to a bungee support system customized to their height and weight. Benefits of being attached to a bungee cord is that it makes it low-impact and easy on the joints when incorporating plyometric movements like lunges, squats and jumping during a workout routine. Participants can expect to burn average of 350-750 calories a workout, all while having fun!

Hello, I’m Janette. Welcome to Uplift Bungee Fitness! Residing in the quaint town of Rockton, fitness is not just a hobby but a significant part of my life. I am dedicated to spreading the love, passion, and expertise I possess for fitness within my community.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
With 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Northern Illinois University. I am certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and as a Master Sling Bungee Instructor. My additional certifications encompass Group Exercise, JumpSport, and LiveStrong Cancer. Over the years, I’ve instructed a variety of group fitness classes, including Les Mills Body Pump, CX, cancer programs, boot camps, Aqua Arthritis, Stretching, among others. At Uplift Bungee, we offer numerous options to assist you in establishing a fitness routine!

Non- Specialty Packages
- Non-Bungee/Bounce classes = $15/person

- ONE on ONE- Personal Training = $65/hr (With or without the bungees)
- ONE on ONE Training Packages 1 hr sessions- 5- Pack /$275 ($50 savings)
- Buddy Training- 1 hr sessions = $45/person (With or without the bungees)
- Mini-Private Bungee or Bounce Party = $125 (3-5 Participants)
- Additional participants $25/person more.
